How does the subscription work?

Your monthly payment includes insurance, road tax, scheduled maintenance, and 24/7 concierge support. We deliver the car to your doorstep, and you start driving!

What's included in the monthly price?

Your subscription includes: comprehensive insurance coverage, road tax renewal, all scheduled maintenance and servicing, tyre replacement, brake pad replacement, battery replacement, 24/7 roadside assistance, concierge delivery and pickup service, and the option to swap vehicles during your term.

What is the buy-out option?

At any point during your subscription, you have the option to purchase the vehicle. The buy-out price is calculated based on the remaining value of the car, minus a portion of the subscription payments you've made. This gives you the flexibility to 'test drive' ownership before committing.

Who qualifies for the subscription?

To qualify, you must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid Malaysian driver's license (or valid international license for foreigners with valid work permit/visa), have a clean driving record, and pass our credit assessment. Approval typically takes 24-48 hours.

Can I use a foreign driver's license?

Yes! If you hold a valid driver's license from outside Malaysia, you can still subscribe. You'll need to provide your valid work permit or visa, and your license must be valid for the duration of your subscription. An International Driving Permit (IDP) is recommended but not always required.

What happens if I want to end my subscription early?

We understand plans change. Early termination is possible with a notice period (typically 30 days) and an early termination fee equivalent to 1-2 months of subscription, depending on how early you terminate and your original term length. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Is there a mileage limit?

Yes, each subscription plan includes a standard monthly mileage allowance of 1,650 km/month. If you exceed the mileage cap, an excess mileage fee of RM 0.80/km will be charged. If you anticipate higher usage, contact us to discuss customized higher-mileage packages.

What about accidents or damage?

Our comprehensive insurance covers accidents. In case of an accident, contact our 24/7 support line immediately. There may be an excess (deductible) payable depending on the circumstances. Normal wear and tear is expected; however, excessive damage beyond normal use may incur charges.
